PMU

Permanent makeup (PMU) is a cosmetic technique which employs tattoos (permanent pigmentation of the dermis) as a means of producing designs that resemble makeup, such as eyelining and other permanent enhancing colors to the skin of the facelips, and eyelids. It is also used to produce artificial eyebrows, particularly in people who have lost them as a consequence of old age, disease, such as alopeciachemotherapy, or a genetic disturbance, and to disguise scars and white spots in the skin such as in vitiligo. It is also used to restore or enhance the breast's areola, such as after breast surgery.

I got Alopecia since I was 12 and I started with PMU at the age of 17. At that time you could only get a line shown as the picture below.

This week I went to the Beauty Specialist to have my old PMU redone.

She used the hairstroke technique, this makes the brows more natural and real.

See the result after my first treatment below.

You need about 3 treatments to have optimal results. I have 2 to go, I will keep you posted about the results.
